About Us

The National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) is the nation’s largest grassroots mental health organization dedicated to building better lives for the millions of Americans affected by mental illness.

NAMI Lansing has been a Local Affiliate since 1999 and is a direct descendent of the Oasis Fellowship founded in 1973 by the Ingham Community Mental Health Center. 

NAMI Lansing is a fully volunteer managed and operated 501(c)(3) non-profit organization (EIN 38-2130617).
